1999

Feb. - Matsushita Electric Works Information Systems Co., Ltd. was established as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Matsushita Electric Works, Ltd.

2001

July - Listed on the over-the-counter market (JASDAQ).

2002

Aug. - Established a positional information service firm, NAIS Location Systems Co., Ltd. (Panasonic Electric Works Location Systems Co., Ltd.) by joint outlays with Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd.

2003

Dec. - Listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE).

2004

Nov. - Listed on the First Section of the TSE.

2007

Oct. - Made V-Internet Operations Inc. as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Matsushita Electric Works Information Systems Co., Ltd.

2008

Oct. - Changed its corporate name to Panasonic Electric Works Information Systems Co., Ltd.

2009

Feb. - M・NES Co., Ltd. assigned its business to Panasonic Electric Works Net Solutions Co., Ltd. (Panasonic Net Solutions Co., Ltd.)

2010

Mar. - Absorbed Panasonic Electric Works Location Systems Co., Ltd.

2012

July - Changed its corporate name to Panasonic Information Systems Co., Ltd.

2015

Feb. - Made SANYO Information System (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Panasonic Information Systems Co., Ltd., which corporate name was changed to Panasonic Information Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
Aug. - Became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Panasonic Corporation through share exchange.

- Panasonic assigned the business of Corporate Information Systems Company (CISC) to Panasonic Information Systems Co., Ltd.

CISC's History

2000
Apr. Corporate Information Systems Company (CISC) was established as an internal divisional company of Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.
2006
Aug. Established the Corporate Data Center to strengthen risk management for information systems.
2007
Nov. Established the first regional CISC in Singapore as a division company of the regional headquarters to improve IT services for the Panasonic Group in the Asia-Pacific region, and started strengthening a global partnership of the Information Systems Department. There are 11 regional CISC's including country centers in the world as of September 2015.
2008
June Won the grand prize at IT Japan Award 2008.
2014
July Panasonic Corporation transferred all stocks of Panasonic Information Technology Solutions Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Panasonic Corporation) to Fujitsu Limited. The corporate name of Panasonic Information Technology Solutions Co., Ltd. was changed to Fujitsu IT Management Partner Co., Ltd.
Transferred the business of development and operation for application systems and Infrastructure to IBM Japan, Ltd. and Fujitsu IT Management Partner Co., Ltd.
2015
Oct. Panasonic Corporation assigned the business of CISC to Panasonic Information Systems Co., Ltd.
